Our Lean Team is specialized in the implementation and improvement of Lean Manufacturing tools, where we offer to our clients support in the implementation of projects such as:

• Training Line
• Model Line
• Production Leadership Academy
• Quality and Process Academy

These projects are implemented primarily at start-up of new production projects and continuous implementation of lean tools. One of the main principles of these projects is training of employees according to operational standards and protection serial lines in front of disorganization and inefficiency.

In accordance with the needs and requirements of the client, we can assign Lean Specialist or Lean Team directly into the production process of the client. Our consultants have years of experience in the implementation of Lean tools in the automotive industry, where worked in positions of production managers, quality managers or system coordinators.

The task of Lean Specialist is mainly to support client in the following areas:

• Implementation, compliance and continuous improvement of lean tools
• Identification and proposal of solutions to problems in quality and production efficiency
• Coaching employees on the correct application of lean tools
• Leadership training, workshops and improvement activities focused on raising awareness of Lean Management
